One of our faithful members, Jerry Hollis, is an Executive Chef and is interested in serving local churches for a Sunday lunch or dinner, a fund raiser or church-wide fellowship. Jerry heads up our Downtown Outreach. He prepares food for ministers to give to the homeless twice a month. He also prepares dinner for the Ronald McDonald House monthly. Jerry has served many of our church functions and we have always received highly favorable comments from everyone. I give him my highest recommendation.

Jerry Hollis was a member in good standing with the Texas Chefs Association and it's affiliate, the American Culinary Federation for the years 1988, 1989, 1990. During this time, Chef Hollis participated in many of the chapter functions which range from culinary education to charity and community service. As a member of the Dallas Chapter of the Texas Chefs Association, Chef Hollis worked with many of the finest chefs from hotel, country clubs, restaurants and private sites in the metroplex.

I am pleased to write a letter of recommendation for Chef Jerry Hollis. Chef Hollis served as the head chef at The Belo Mansion form 1986 to 1992. I worked closely with Chef Hollis at the Belo Mansion. During his time with us he greatly improved the quality and variety of the food as well as the presentation. He has greatly improved the overall bottom line without compromising quality. He has vast experience with large and or small groups, buffets, plated meals and specialty stations of food service. He cooked for high profile member of the Dallas legal community and the Dallas community at large for wedding, and special functions at the Belo Mansion. Jerry Hollis of Your Private Chef has provided food services for our Bank One Processing Center in Bedford, Texas for the last three years. The quality of his food and service has been satisfactory to our 900+ employees working on three shifts. Effective June 1, 1999, Bank One will begin contracting our food services to National companies that can serve Bank One in several states. This is the reason that Your Private Chef will no longer serve our Bedford facility. It would be our recommendation that anyone needing a provider of food services consider Jerry Hollis.
